IBM Cognos Administration

You can access IBM® Cognos® Administration from the Launch menu in IBM Cognos Connection.

You must have the required permissions to access IBM Cognos Administration.

Dispatchers and Services	Status	To manage dispatchers and services.
Distribution lists and contacts	Configuration	To create and manage distribution lists and contacts.
Portals	Configuration	To manage styles, Cognos portlets, and other portlets in IBM Cognos Connection.
Printers	Configuration	To create and manage printers.
Security	Security	To control access to specific product functions, such as administration and reporting, and features within the functions, such as bursting and user-defined SQL.
System, dispatcher, server, and service administration	Status	To monitor system performance using system metrics and administer servers.
Server tuning	Status	To optimize the speed and efficiency of IBM Cognos software.
Users, groups, and roles	Security	To create and manage users, groups, and roles.
