Create a Package from IBM Cognos Administration

The procedure to create a package from IBM® Cognos® Administration is as follows.

Procedure

  1. In IBM Cognos Connection, in the upper-right corner, click Launch, IBM Cognos Administration.

    Tip: If you are creating a package at the end of Data Source Creation, go directly to step 3.

  2. On the Configuration tab, click Data Source Connections.
  3. Click More beside the data source, then click Create a Package.

    The New Package Wizard appears. Proceed with the steps to Create a Package for a PowerCube or SAP BW Packages.
