Reset Metrics
You can reset a group of metrics at any time.
When you reset a group of metrics, all the metrics in the group are reset. For example, for a server, you can reset the Queue - Report service group of metrics.
Some metrics cannot be reset. For example, JVM metrics cannot be reset because they were re-calculated after the last reset.
Procedure
- Start IBM® Cognos® Connection.
- In the upper-right corner, click Launch, IBM Cognos Administration.
- On the Status tab, click System.
- In the upper left corner of the Scorecard pane, click the arrow to view the Change view menu, and then click the view that you want.
- In the Metrics pane, click the reset
button
for the group of metrics that you want to reset.
